The shipping process (working days) is as follows:

Packages with a maximum side length exceeding 60cm will incur customs duties. Generally speaking, this possibility is around 5%. If there is customs duty, we will be responsible for 20% of that amount. In most cases, customs duties in Canada and other European countries range from 0-30CAD per item.

Delay delivery compensation
